Stainless and Food Grade

We carry a full line of 316 stainless steel fittings and adapters. 316 grade is the second-most common form of stainless steel. It has almost the same physical and mechanical properties as 304 stainless steel and contains a similar material make-up. The difference is that 316 stainless steel incorporates about 2 to 3 percent molybdenum, which increases corrosion resistance—particularly against chlorides and other industrial solvents. Alternative 300-series grades can contain up to 7 percent molybdenum.

316 stainless steel is commonly used in many industrial applications involving processing chemicals, as well as high-saline environments such as coastal regions and outdoor areas where de-icing salts are common. Due to its non-reactive qualities, 316 stainless steel is also used in the manufacture of medical surgical instruments.

We have food grade Teflon hoses with crimped/swaged 316 stainless fittings. Hoses are all custom made to your specifications while you wait.

We also carry vacuum gauges, compound gauges.  7/16″ stainless steel dewaxing ball bearings, food grade stainless steel ball valves, viton O-rings, and low temperature lubricant.

Pneumatics

Air hose ranging from 1/4″ to 1 1/2″ is always in stock. Hose is cut to desired length and permanently banded with your choice of fittings. We stock Coilhose Pneumatic brand air regulators, water traps, lubricators, we have an impressive inventory of gauges, air guns, pre-made air lines, tire pressure gauges, and air fittings.

Irrigation

1/4″ to 4″ water line always in stock, and we can order larger sizes as needed. We keep lay flat water discharge in red and blue, to meet different applications. We have green PVC water suction hose that is more durable and less susceptible to U.V. light. And, we carry a complete line of fittings and adapters for your needs. As with all of our other hoses and assemblies, we custom make them to length while you wait! We inventory heavy duty garden hoses. We have a full line of pressure washer accessories including wire braided pressure washer hoses in regular and non-marking, pressure washer guns, tips, and fittings. For water transport we an excellent supply of camlock, galvanized, brass and synthetic fittings, as well as adapters in fire hose and pipe threads. We also carry gated Y’s, fire hoses, garden hose ends, and water nozzles of all types.
